My name is Drew Hamlett, I have been playing for 2 years and am currently 18 years old. This is a pleasure to have a column at CFH because I have been learning various chops from CFH for sometime and learning alot.

Performance notes:
Watch the alternate picking pattern on each string. When switching to a lower string you begin with a upward stroke. This is a good workout to get your hand used to leading up with an upstroke going upwards. I have noted each upstroke and downstroke pattern on each string.
