This is a Abm7b5 legato lick, it uses a technique I call banjo rolls. You pick the first note of the lick and roll your 2nd and 3rd fingers to pick the notes on the next strings. Then use those same fingers to tap T2 T3. The mp3 is from "Mule Skinner" of my CD Broke (SHRAPNEL Records). Harmonize it in 4ths or whatever cool ways you come up with.
